I went to see Matt for weight loss. He asked if there was anything that I wanted to give up completely. I knew that I had to give up chocolate - so I told him. After a laughter filled assessment he hypnotised me. Six weeks on I have not eaten chocolate and I have lost one and a half stones in weight . This is like a miracle to me. Thank you Matthew.
