You know how it is when your computer goes haywire and there is a function to return it to factory new - with no corruption or blemish? Well, that's what happened to me when I went to see Matt about a drinking habit that I had. He reminded me, in trance, that nobody sets out to be dependent on alcohol or cigarettes - it's something that happens through choices.
