Although I did smoke, my real vice was food. I reached for food when others who were stressed would reach for alcohol or drugs. As a result I got tubby. I went to Matthew to stop smoking and lose weight. He made me feel more comfortable about my anger and emotional issues. I stopped smoking and gradually lost twenty pounds I weight. Now, when I feel stressed I turn to water or tea (without sugar). I'm making healthy and mindful choices. Thank you Matthew
