I had smoked as a teenager, but gave it up in my twenties. Last year, when dealing with a bereavement, I took up smoking again and started to comfort eat. I thought that by smoking and eating sweet things I could handle the emotional baggage. But the baggage just got stuffed deeper inside. I saw Matthew in January. Hypnotherapy helped to pinpoint the emotions and deal with them safely. I stopped smoking and felt a lot better and energised. I have lost 3 stones in weight too. Matthew is a genius and I am truely grateful and can't find the words to thank him enough.
