After a very romantic Valentine evening with my gorgeous husband I found that I was pregnant for the first time. Everybody seemed to be giving me advice. But the best suggestion came from an old schoolmate. "Give up smoking with Matthew", she said, "It's almost guaranteed, you'll be helping you little girl and you'll feel fantastic too."
