I went to see Matthew in order to lose weight. Sure,I wanted to stop my doctor nagging me about weight, but I also wanted to look good, wear slender dresses and have bundles of energy. Since I started the therapy I have lost 19 pounds, joined a gym and kept going, and trained my thoughts to become positive visualisations. The Hypnotic Gastric Band gave me the motivation to spring clean my body.
