I went to see Matthew to try to stop smoking without gaining weight,and I'm pleased to say that it is almost six months since I last smoked. I felt fantastic during the session. He convinced me that I had never made the choice to smoke and I therefore had no worries about not smoking now or in the future. It was simple,but played with my memories so that I changed for the better. I didn't substitute food for cigarettes and maintained my slim figure. Altogether, my experience was wonderful and I can't recommend him enough.
