I was a weekend binger. I would be good as gold sticking to a diet plan Monday to Friday, but when the weekend came I would go wild on food and drink - overloading on sugary stuff and sparkling wine. As a result I was always hungry and I looked older than I should. Someone from my nail business recommended Matthew - as he had stopped her smoking. I rang him up, and he arranged an appointment a few days later. He asked me lots of questions about my relationship to food, taught me techniques to deal with sugar craving, then hypnotised me to convince my subconscious mind that my sweet tooth had gone. After we had finished the program I had lost a good 16 pounds, my moods had calmed,and my skin looked younger. I am still losing weight. Thank you Matthew
