Heidi is an amazing landlady. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome . I have never known such a warm and lovely landlady. It was like being welcomed by someone you have known for years. Will definitely go back.

What great week end of entertainment Friday night fantastic group 70's and. 80's had everyone up dancing � Then on Saturday night it was a marvellous pub jive Jazz band both nights the pub was jumping. I'm also very happy to say the menu and the food were terrific. Hope to return one day soon Cheers Robyn

A proper pub, Good beer, freindly staff and no pretentiousness, just that it seems that every so often it attracts a strange sorts of people in weird clothing, often from years gone by, So if you do not mind pirates, smugglers, tudors, steampunks, knights of old, drummers and the like occasionally filling the bar, this is the pub for you.
