Really like going to this pub for our regular monthly meet-ups. Always so friendly and helpful.

Visited today with the family and 2 dogs, was a lovely atmosphere. We were all a bit baffled as to why the roast dinners were served in a bowl as made it a little more difficult to cut than on a plate. Nice food, friendly staff but was a fair wait for food to arrive.
Overall a nice experience and the pub has had a great refurb and turn around to what it used to be.

Great pub since the takeover. I'll be coming back. Sunday roast was perfect.

We held our Anniversary party here and had a fantastic time. The staff were so attentive and helpful and the food was great. Highly recommend.

Is it would would be lovely on a plate not a bowel.
And if there was roast lamb on menu .
Not lamb shank .
Would pay a bit more if needed .

By far the best Veggie/Vegan selection in and around Eastbourne. Meat eaters were very happy with their meals too.
Thoughtful team (grizzly 2 year old) did all they could to make everyone's experience a good one.
Fair prices. Good selection. Carpark. Big garden.
