Nice location
Overall the hotel is basic. Everywhere you walk the floorboards squeaks and hear all that from your room, dogs barking and unfortunately add to it the inconsiderate people after midnight speaking loud.

I had a nice room, very clean, with a sea view, even though I had not specifically booked a sea view.

Very good value for the money
It’s a lovely position friendly staff nice and bright and lite
No ice at the bar , no staff turned up to Serve dinner , outside very scruffy

Staff were pleasant and helpful the hotel was lovely our room was newly decorated, a good bus route to Brighton and Hastings the pier was lovely to visit breakfast was a large selection of hot and cold recommend this hotel

Great location, sea view and close to pier. Food was good.
Room is clean with all facilities. Since close to beach and busy road, hear road noise but not too much concern. Few items needs update especially shower hose.

A bit pricey for an old hotel, a bit noisy with busy road, try to check dust in the room and bathroom, could do a later check out

Breakfast excellent. Good size room. Location on seafront was perfect. Restaurants nearby. On site car parking only £6 per day.
The front outside needs a tidy up, weeds and mess. Did not affect our stay but would make the appearance considerably more pleasing.
