Seats are very comfortable, wheelchair access able seating available, facilities are good, food and drinks are pricey but that was expected to be honest staff are lovely, the whole place was cleaned to a high standard, would recommend to friends and family, excellent overall

Only down side was the red side lights stay on while the adverts are showing, of which there are a lot. They didn't go down until the trailers started before the main film

Build a wonderful cinema with great arrangements for disabled visitors until you get to a door to get into the actual cinema. Stupid that they are not electronic in such a modern facility. I mentioned this to them when the complex first opened but that feedback has changed nothing. Hacks me off that these big earning businesses cannot get the basics right. I do not suppose this feedback will change anything either.
For what it is worth, ask a disabled person in a wheel chair or power chair how things should work when you design something like this.

Second time this week I have been here and first time since it was relocated to the Beacon Centre.
Lovely comfortable seats and it’s great how their are tiered so everyone can see. Toilets are clean and there are plenty of them. Hand sanitizer available and staff wearing face masks.
Only negative is the flooring in the foyer. My 2 year old grandson was terrified of it as it reflects and he thought he was going to fall down.
