The Congress has been renovated recently and is great shape. I've been to both a play and a concert there recently and they were both great, both the performances and the theatre.

Loads of seating, really friendly and accommodating staff and easy to find your seat. Bar wasn't too busy at the interval either!

Great show, seating was very uncomfortable in the grand circle row B, hardly any leg room and I'm only 5'4"!

We booked tickets for Chicago because the cast included Russell Watson. On the night he did not perform and there was no notification that the understudy would be taking the role. Completely ruined the evening for our party. Also the stage was too small for this musical

Lovely place, well renovated and friendly staff. Great show tonight too. Again another good show last night, and staff very welcoming and professional, but I think the building needs more accessible toilets available on show nights.

Good venue bit disappointing to see so few of the audience choosing to wear masks. I know it's no longer compulsory but it's still recommended by most theatres.

The theatre has improved greatly from the overhaul it had. We went to see Chicago which was an awesome performance. The only downside is the coat of the drinks and snacks

Our first visit to see a performance of Chicago. The production was brilliant with an excellent cast. The theatre itself has good facilities and was very well organised.

Not bad as theatres go. Had a refurb recently. Good acoustics and not a stale atmosphere too. Good cafe/bar in the extended area too.
