Fabulous time watching the Jersey Boys show. The seating was perfectly adequate even for me at 6'2" clean tidy and warm. A welcome interval with a chance to refill drinks and grab an ice cream. Parking was find a space somewhere which we did and it wasn't to far to walk. Definitely recommend the theatre for a visit.

The seating is basic and very close together. I would chose to travel to another venue than go here again. Sorry Congress. 😞

Have been many times. Good organizational staff, easy parking. Good leg room in most seats. Best to pre-order interval drinks. Most seats have good views of the stage. Sound levels can be a bit too loud.

Very nice theatre, comfortable seats, not that we sat in them much, Rob Lamberti with his George Michael show, had us up dancing nearly the whole night.
We was in front row, so plenty of leg room.
Shame the bar does not stay open after the show, but the stage door pub is just next door, 10% off there if you show your theatre ticket.

Went there to see Jersey Boys. The show was fab but would have liked to have taken one or two photos for my grandchildren. Not sure if this was the production itself or the Congress rules. Nice venue for a show. Seats have good views.

Went here to see a musical. Amazing performance.
The congress has recently undergone a refurbishment. Feels, bright modern, and welcoming.
Comfy seats, great views of stage, great sound and lighting, couple of decent bars. Welcoming friendly staff.
Lifts for disability access.
All in all an excellent experience.

Show was amazing. Great view from seats. Shame we always seem to sit in front of people who don't want to be there and talk all the way through performance.
