I have used this service more than once and they are happy to charge for the job that is done and no more, for example I had a washer dryer that wasn't drying. They visited within 48 hours and having had a quick look decided that a couple of loose wires was the problem. They quickly fixed this and charged accordingly. I would highly recomed the service.
