Debbie has taken away all the hard work and headache of trying to organise our holidays, we are quite fussy with what we like doing whilst away and every time she has found us exactly what we were craving whilst away. She really does go above and beyond and was at the end of the phone when we encountered a problem and sorted it straight away. She is unbelievably knowledgeable in travel and is the most considerate, trustworthy, compassionate and competent travel agent I have ever dealt with and will never book a holiday without her ever again.

Debbie is fantastic! Nothing is too much trouble and she understands exactly what you're looking for! Our recent holiday to Madiera was outstanding! All organised, worked like clockwork! Our personal transfer vehicle was exceptional and the driver gave us useful information which led us to going on a personally guided tour of half the island! So good! No hesitation in recommending this lovely lady!

Debbie booked Our 4 night stay to Las Vegas (8/5-13/5/23) She Provided us with an exceptional Service, Going Over and Beyond with her help and Advice with things like getting Our ESTA’s and booking a show. Nothing Was Ever too much trouble and Debbie Always made it Very Clear She was Only a phone Call Away if Needed! We wouldn’t Hesitate to Do a Booking with Debbie Again! Debbie organised our special holiday in Rome and then a cruise around the Greek islands. She first organised our daughters wedding in Halkidiki so we decided o use her again for this special holiday. Debbie provided excellent customer service in organising holidays for my late father for many years, and often went the extra mile to support him, well beyond what would be reasonably expected. This showed itself not just in terms of finding and arranging just what he wanted, and taking care of admin and interactions with travel organisations, but also in the level of care and attention to detail that she showed. She puts a lot of time and effort into every single customer to make things exactly right from what I have seen. She also has the patient of a saint! I cannot recommend Debbie highly enough.

Booked a few holidays with Debbie, the last one was dirty also a few broken items! Spoke to the holiday people on site, they seemed not to care, so Spoke to Debbie she explained the next step, she was a caring reassuring voice! I have never had that from any high street agent's! Unbeknown to us Debbie got us Compensation a few weeks later ! I highly recommend her and we will always use her, knowing she has got our backs is a wonderful thought

Debbie has arranged and booked numerous holidays for us over a period of several years with great enthusiasm, efficiency, cheerfulness and patience. These attributes have been especially welcome and needed during the last difficult 2.5 years.
There have been many cancellations and changes made by various tour companies, often very near the date of departure, but Debbie has coped with these and all other restrictions to make certain we had wonderful holidays.
Being computer illiterate Debbie has also dealt with all extra paper work involved from covering Covid to booking excursions on tours. Nothing has been too much trouble. Frequently we felt she was putting in so much extra effort, she was ensuring we were away some of the time so that she had some peace!
She also excels at chasing up tour companies should their promises and standards not be as they should be.
We recommend Debbie in all aspects of travel, unhesitatingly, whether with a tour company org oing independently.

Had a great family holiday in Cyprus booked through Debbie. Price was very competitive and everything was perfectly planned, flights etc. Had a problem after arriving home with a deposit refund from the hotel which Debbie dealt with and helped us retrieve. Would recommend

Always helpful, kind and at the end of a call...anytime for future holiday plans or last minute breaks.
