Aa Wonderful place is this. The zoo area is really cool, educational and the animals are (certainly on our visits) very active.

A really fun day out with ample to do keeping children very entertained and, worn out!

Good job.

In addition, despite a few below comments, I thought there were ample sanitising stations to keep clean and safe.

Fantastic family day out for a birthday treat shame I wasted one ticket due to one member of our group being very ill I would have bought few items in gift shop for all our grandchildren especially the baby as first day out with him but felt let down by no refund will buy tickets much more thoughtfully next time

We love Drusillas, there is plenty to do. The animals in the zoo are well looked after and although the funfair rides are old fashioned they are brilliant fun. A great day out.

We visited with out 3 grandchildren and didn't think we would spend more than a couple of hours there. We were totally surprised and ended up spending 5 hours there.
The kids got a book to stamp all the animals they had seen and loved walking in the Lemur enclosure you get really close to them. The rides were great and the carousel was spectacular and to round the day off it was the water area where they finally let off staem. A really great day out

I was disappointed the rides advertised was not that many mostly for kids as they have a lot of interactive things to do but I feel it's advertisement is very hype and the food stands in Sept are now shut in the week and open at the weekend there was only one food shop open for the whole site most people I heard was disappointed

We went here on a week day in term time and It was not busy. This place is really aimed at families with children under the age of 12.The admission is very pricey and only worth the money if you go as a family. The rides are aimed at small children and there are only a few which is not the impression you get from the web page or leaflets. The zoo part is ok but works out pricey if thats all you are going for.

What a fantastic day I had in the sun at Drusillas with my friend and our daughters. From the moment we got there my 2 year old daughter was transfixed by the animals as we walked around the zoo, excitedly pointing them all out to me. We were lucky to arrive at the penguins in time for feeding and a talk which was fun and informative. As you walk around there are lots of interactive points, for example, by the flamingoes how long can you stand on one leg? The girls loved the dinosaur area running around and pointing out each Dino! We arrived at the rides and decided to go on the flying cheetah’s first where there was only a short queue and then the carousel. The carousel is just beautiful and the girls couldn’t decide which animal to ride on first. I was so impressed with all the staff. They are friendly and happy to help. We stopped for lunch in the restaurant where I had a sandwich, my friend a Caesar salad and sandwich bags for the children. All of the food was delicious and I was pleased to see it was made on site. We ended our day with a trip to the splash park where the 2 girls had so much fun splashing and running around. It was a perfect end to a perfect day. We will most definitely be returning!

Came here for the first time last week and had the best day. It wasn’t too busy and we managed to complete the whole zoo with very little queuing. We met a lovely lady who worked there called Sam. She was so helpful and friendly. She took us back to the animals and was telling us all about them. She was so lovely and extremely helpful.
Would highly recommend a day out here for all the family.
