Drussilas is a wonderful day out with plently of intresting animals and fun interactive activities for the children. And off course the adults. Overall this is a fantastic day out worth the £20 admission fee. One big fault is the Explorers Cafe. It was extremely dated although it was meant to be a cowboy individual theme the colours dont go well give a dark and uninviting feel. The food ordered was very mediocre, bland and variety was poor. With the turnover this Zoo makes im sure a redecoration project would be hard to afford. This does Zoo unfortunately does unfortunately deserve a 3 star for know but with a look at funding and redecoration of their cafe's will help boost their profit. But i would still say it is an amazing day out just bring your own food. ☆☆☆

Fabulous place! So clean everywhere. Animals all looking healthy and happy. Lots for young children to do when they get fed up with viewing animals. Take bathing costumes for the water park. Once you are in the Zoo you don't have to pay for anything else! Another bonus!

I hadn't been here for some years now taking granddaughter, loved what they have done over the years there is enclosures that you can go in and feed the animals, a train that takes you round the park, also a small water area that the kids can play in and fairground rides aswell, they have 2 cafe's one which is more fast food the other more healthy serving salads, pizza, chicken nuggets which was proper chicken cut up not the minced stuff you normally get all in a brilliant day out, booking in advance on line if you can gets you in cheaper

What a day... Fantastic day out! My child was excited... I was happy...
Some activities inside you still had to pay extra (which is typical).
Food - 7.75 for burger & chips.
Was very impressed how big it is

Drusillas is a superb small zoo and entertainment park. The place is very clean, well kept, and the staff are generally very good.

The zoo is extremely well run, and the animals look well and are clearly well cared for. The educational aspects all around are also excellent.

It would be nice if there was some better quality food readily available, the burgers and hot dogs are decent enough, but some alternatives would be nice.

The entry price is good and any extras are all pretty reasonable (all except the inflated slide, which bizarrely is £5 a slide! I cant explain that, but just avoid this one aberration).

However nothing can really detract from the fact that Drusillars is an excellent, educational, fun and good value day out.

A bit pricey if theres a lot of you, but theres so much for kids to do they are busy all day. The zoo part is so nice, large enclosures but not so large you cant see the animals. Volunteers were very welcoming, informative and helpful. A really great day out and worth the money!

Took my 2 year old along with the extended family for the day. We followed the path through the zoo and we all got to see a wide range of animals that looked very well cared for without having to queue or wait for a gap in other people. Lots of interactive features that would also educate older kids. Mine loved taking the provided book around and using the stamps to mark off when he'd seen various animals. The fun fair had some great rides for little ones that had my son talking about the place for days afterwards. A fantastic day out for folk of all ages.
