An amazing place to be with the family. Staff are very friendly. They have a wide selection of animals that are maintained well and kept clean at all times. The facilities are very tidy and clean. Has a few places to eat with reasonable prices. Has a smoking area so smokers are allocated to these places which stops smoking in other parts of the zoo. Super super super will definitly visit again. Worth it!!!!

It's ok the zoo is good altho not a fan of zoo's in general. I understand the conservation side of things. I love to see them in the wild. Along side that if it wasn't for people. There would not be the need for conservation. We enjoyed our family day there. However if I had paid full price. I'm not so sure I would have been so happy. Nannys club card boost paid. It's clean and well organised and I'm glad Iv been. Once is enough for me.

Wonderful outing. Enjoyable for the whole family. Enclosures are clean and Animals are all well cared for. Staff seem very dedicated to their work. I would suggest membership to those of you who are able to visit a few times a year. Works out cheaper.

Had a great time, plenty for all ages to do. The zoo has excellent views of all the animals who seem to be happy. The play park was very good as well. They had a splash park, soft play, an area for under 6 children and an area for older children.
The food is priced higher than a high street place, but nowhere near as high as most theme parks. It's decent quality as well and the portions are enough. Very happy to spend the day there with grandparents and children and would definitely go again.

Lot's of fun for the kids.If you go for a first time you'll need the whole day.Parking is free and there are two restaurants and a few coffee shops including Starbucks in the park.There are afew attractions that are not included in the admission price,but don't let that to put you off.
