Brought 8 year old boys for the first time, they loved it. Play area the best. Food pricey and really bad. Hot food was cold and hard. Bring your own picnic.

This is a wonderful place to go with the family if you want a fun day out! Amazing animals, and great amusements for the kids! I would reccomend to anyone that this is the place to go, caters for all ages!

Went for a meerkat encounter for the youngest (7) and a sloth encounter for the eldest (11). A great day out, tempted to do a trial day as a keeper myself!

excellent day out. loads of animals you can get so close to, the rides are great for kids and adults, even the little train is cute. the staff are lovely. the food is reasonably priced with lots of choice and it's yummy. very clean toilets. Had such a lovely day even in the rain. will def be going back. cannot recommend enough. great day for a great price.
