The pier is nice enough but the arcades are a rip off. No chance of winning anything on the 2p machines s the pay out slot is closed off!

Nice place to visit although a shame that the repairs after the fire haven't extended to the broken and smashed lantern lights around the edge of the pier. Really detracts from the experience.

Lots of eating and amusement places, ultra clean and obviously has had loads spent by the new owners.

Very well maintained this medium size pier. It's beautiful built, painted white and blue and finished up with golden dome. There are many shops like fish and ships, ice cream and donuts, sweet shop, a tea room, a pub, family entertainment /arcade. Accessible for wheelchair and buggies. There arcade really tables to eat food bought in. There are banches all around it so you can calmally appreciate the beauty of Eastbourne seafront.

Very nice beach, lots of parking space (paid) near beach, good shopping near by. Lots of good hotel, restaurants. Children friendly beach.

As piers go this one has been refurbished to a high standard following the fire that happened on it.

It's very beautiful to see the pier, the nice afternoon tea with a view of the sea, the downside: the arcade games, because firstly: it's expensive and secondly: a lot of people spend money on this crap
