It's a beautiful city, very peaceful. I heard that many retired people live here, and it's very close to London.

Nice big pier with usual slot machines and entertainment etc. A victorian tea house in the middle and a pub/bar near the end. However there are no cashpoints near so be prepared to have cash with you beforehand if you want to play the amusements.

Great pier and the seafront is lovely too. Unlike Brighton lots of free parking if you don't mind a walk.
