Brilliant place to take the children. Both my boys loved the crazy golf and arcades. We spent the whole weekend with my boys playing on the beach, seeing sights and enjoying the last of the good weather. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Clean well maintained pier but no toilets unless you go into the Victorian Tea Room and buy something so you are allowed to use their toilet but it isn't suitable for the disabled ! Eastbourne NEEDS facilities ON the pier. End of season so only one so called "street food" place open on pier and the tea room. Just a basic pier - no amusements thankfully apart from one gaming hall that you can avoid. Free so a nice promenade along the pier and seating so a nice sit down too !
