Great live music in the sunshine, ice cream, friendly arcade where the children played for 2ps. What more could you want?

A beautiful fantastic pier. Good places to eat and drink and even a bit of shopping. It has a good arcade for both adults and children to enjoy.

It's a lovely spot on the beach, you see at the end of the pier all the eastbourne Bay till pevensey Bay.

Located on the main beach the 1,000 foot old British Pier built in 1870 offers some vintage features, a few shops, a tea room, and nice views of the typical south coast pebble and shingle beach which is divided by a series of wooden groynes. Plenty of car parking available at a cost of £1 an hour (cash or card payments). Some graffiti under the pier spoils the view somewhat.
Backing the beach is a promenade, lined with grand Victorian hotels and the Floral Carpet garden. A nice place for a costal stroll.

I have visited the Eastbourne Pier before with my parents and the views looks nice even if you visit here during the summer period. Like Brighton it is one of the most overpopulated spots to visit for Londoners and for those who are from Brighton, Hastings and Kent. Giving this 4 stars and a solid 8 out of 10.

Sat to the left of the Pier. Nice but cold sea wind. Can't wait for summer. It's lovely there.

So good to be on it again for the first time in a year. In his weather like it was, it's a great spot for viewing the beach front
