I attended a course for parents run by Jen and had a thoroughly enjoyable time, whilst learning some really important skills. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone attending a course, as you never know when the skills may come in useful. Jen was professional, and highly knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for her work.

My daughter did one of Jen’s sessions and it was fantastic. Jen is brilliant with the children, a fun and engaging teacher. My 3 year old thoroughly enjoyed herself and came away with some essential knowledge.

I did a baby first aid course with jen when I was pregnant with my first child. She was so patient and knowledgeable and really made us all feel confident in what to do if anything was to happen with our little one. Cant recommend her enough. X

Jen is such a passionate, informative and knowledgeable instructor. I have attended the first aid and baby proofing classes and have learnt so much. With 3 children and working with babies and children these classes have helped me feel more confident and prepared with first aid and how to keep little ones safe

The course I attended was delivered with confidence, very well structured and was well thought out.
Brilliantly planned, tailored to the people on the course and nothing was too much for Jen to cover off.

This was definitely a worthwhile couple of hours. I recapped on first aid that I hadn't done in a while, and learnt things I hadn't known before.
I found it so useful to go through some mythbusters.
The best bit was how it was definitely aimed at a normal parent or carer, not expecting me to be a paramedic or a professional in any way. Knowing that in a serious first aid situation as a parent I would also be panicking, Jen delivered key points to remember and practical easy solutions to enable me to do as much as I can until I can get medical help.
I would recommend anyone who is looking after a child to do this course, grandparents, aunties and uncle's, older siblings.

Jen is so passionate about Mini First Aid, she lives and breathes it, striving for it to be the best provision possible. She brings it to life with humour and realism, covering all the detail but in a friendly and memorable way. Interactive, approachable and yet timed perfectly too. A really enjoyable morning full of value. Left me thinking that the rest of the family needed to attend too...children and men! I would love to see this Brought into primary schools too, Jen would be perfect for this as she adapts perfectly to her audience (my son did an online course during lockdown), she was very good at engaging and adapting language to make ot empowering rather than scary.

I have attended many first aid at work courses over more than 20 years and this has been the most engaging, purposeful and fun so far. I also attended firstaid for babies and safe proofing, both well worth while, in face I would say essential.
I would recommend these courses to anyone needing a refresher, or wanting to feel confident with little ones.

This course was very engaging, practical & purposeful, with no faff - actually enjoyable! I update my first aid every 3 years, always with different organisations but I will make a point of returning here next time. Also best price I've found.

I have 3 grandchildren under 5 and am going to start taking care of the 1 year old a few days a month soon, while his mum returns to work. I wanted to feel confident about dealing with anything that could happen - especially choking or cpr as I've only ever done adult first aid.
I was anxious because of covid and being clinically vulnerable, and said so on my booking.
I didn't expect a phone call from the lady running the class but she phoned an hour later, and was amazingly helpful, reassuring and accomodating of my concerns.
I was tucked away from others as much as possible, and given a baby and junior dummy for my sole use to practise on for the class.
I cannot recommend this course highly enough. I feel far more confident now about taking care of all my grandchildren, not just the one I'll be childminding.
The materials and subjects covered were done in a very simple and accessible way without over complicating things.

I highly recommend them and would use this company again. I had a private course at my home with my friends and family today. We learnt a lot and had some fun. They were very accommodating in covid precautions due to my vunerablity and helpful. Thank you Marisa x

Mini First Aid was a great refresher for me as a leader of baby groups but also gave me lots of practical tips and information I'll use as a mum of 3 too. Jen was very knowledgeable and made the session fun and accessible. highly recommend

Our little one always wanted to be a Nurse or Dr when she got older so she was so excited to do the course. She had a lot of fun learning and I must admit I feel happy that she’s had some knowledge. I was impressed by the class and will be signing her up again.

I have previously done First Aid courses locally but have to say the format of this provider was easy to understand (particularly helpful for sleep deprived parents!). The content covered a broad range of topics and Risa delivered it professionally but with a humour which made us feel at ease. Helpful as a refresher course or if you've not done any first aid before

I love this idea and so professional in their approach. Learning first aid is something I’m so glad I have done and know the basics too. But doing it with your kids is even more fun and educational! I hope that schools offer these services to parents and their children. The service is easy to understand and the classes are so much fun. You get to meet so many great people and your kids could be life servers too! I highly recommend them as I have seen the wonderful work they do. Very professional and they are great with the children. They are an standing service.

Recently attended the Mini First Aid course, it's ny 2nd time doing it. I love that they can come to your house, we had a mummy at home brunch the first time I did it. This time i done it in a local cafe. It's a very neat and tidy company, no corners are missed, you leace feelibg equipped with what you need to keep your children safe. There first aid kits are amazing, everything you need, nothing unnecessary, fits nicely in my bag out and about. Being honest and fair, 5 stars.
