I was treated with beyond excellent customer service from Ben Gasson. He was very understanding and patient with me. He went beyond what I thought I would done to help me with my predicament and has helped me to come to a peaceful and stress free solution. I am very thankful for his service and for the training the business has given him to be such a great employee.

I am amazed at the skill and efficiency of Daniella McPherson of customer service department the way she handled the call and case which apparently seemed complicated to me but she lifted the heavy weight out of my shoulder and made the final part of the process easy. She's a gem!

Thank you once again for a great deal on my car insurance, when the renewal came through it was a little higher than last year and having had an expensive service I thought it best to check if I was getting the best price. Logging on to a comparison website I filled in a form with lots of questions and selected options as close to the policy I had. When the results came back showing the cheapest on offer was nearly £100 more I new I was in safe hands with One Answer so took up the renewal. Talked with Suzie W who was very helpful and made the process painless! Speak again in a month or two when my home contents is due for renewal 

One Answer have every competitive prices. Their customer service is excellent, and another major reason I have stayed with them through the years. Emails always get answered promptly, questions are always answered fully so you don't worry, and I particularly want to recommend Joseph Odubade. He has been exceptionally helpful. Highly recommend.

What a star Joel was. Never gave up trying to find a lower price. I had lots of changes to make and a real troublesome situation and he was kind polite and never made me feel too much trouble. Only point of trouble is the getting through as you do have to wait a long time listening to bad music till you get a human but worth the wait.👍🏻👍🏻

I have many convictions and was given a very good quote with this company. A friendly man set up my policy and helped me find something I could afford and then Rebecca helped me to get my documents and work out how to use the share code which I struggled to do myself. She was very kind and helpful and i am pleased with my insurance policy and would recommend.

I'm next to uninsurable. If I go to Go-Compare or the like for insurance on a standard 1.4 hatchback, I receive quotes asking for around £10,000 a year. With specialists such as BeWiser I can still expect to pay £250-£300 a month. With Oneanswer they were able to offer me quotes of £100-£120 o a Sunday afternoon. I had only just got my insurance that low BEFORE my ban. My broker was Drew Reed and he pulled all the stops out and bent over backwards to get me the best price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I had quite big problems with my policy when I originally took it out (overzealous sales advisor) but the problems were quickly ironed out by Rebecca (customer service agent) dealing with me who went the extra mile at a very quick pace to make sure my policy met my needs and documents were received extremely quickly - Thank you, I am very grateful to you.

It wasn't an instant service I had to wait approx 15 mins for lovely Katie to answer. I had given up and sent an email while waiting querying the same miscommunication between departments Hopefully everything has been sorted now.
All personnel I have been in-contact with have been professional, polite and reassuring. I hope communication between departments improves as this is the only thing that lets down the excellent service One Answer provides.
