Tom Brown Customer service was excellent. Had to deal with a fairly complex requirement but was professional throughout. He even managed to accelerate the process we at first considered would take longer. Top marks for him.
The answerphone / hold music is suicidal level depressing. It actually makes me consider another insurer. It also sounds like someone is about to answer and then just carries on which really gets on your nerves.

Spoke and arranged my driver's insurance with a very pleasant and friendly guy called Martin Denny, I called 1answer and was contacted to Martin who began right away to work to get me the best possible deal bon my car insurance, I'm pleased to say his efforts paid off and I'm more than happy with my premium.
I contacted 1answer as I have a driving conviction, I made Martin aware of this and he showed no resentment towards me and helped me to get a fair price for my insurance, Martin's customer service was above and beyond what I expected, his friendly and warming manner contributed to a easy and hassle free experience, the knowledge and skills of what customer's needs are , is a further credit to him and 1answer . Steph at 1 Answer is 5 star quality. She helped me in every way and was extremely delightful and pleasant from start to finish in changing new vehicle details plus calculations. She was very clear and informative and we even had a giggle in between. Very satisfied.

I initially spoke to Joel, who found the appropriate policy for me. I'm sure he worked hard to find this policy, as is reflected in the MASSIVE difference in premium compared to other brokers I contacted. Thanks Joel.
I also must thank Chloe Kelly, and Martha Finnery (who has had to deal with my patience testing techno-failures twice now!). She was extremely patient and helpful in getting the appropriate information from me despite my errors with emails etc. Her attitude and demeanor during our contact was excellent - proper customer service! - A rare commodity these days!

This company is a rip off! I renewed my insurance with them this year and cancelled it after just after a month and they charged me nearly £300.00 in cancellation fees which weren't notified at the start. Disgusting, avoid if you dont want to be ripped off!

After a very frustrating time trying to get through via the phone lines and lack of communication via WhatsApp. Even though I sent my information through I was not advised for 7 days that you needed more information. It was only after I chased this that I discovered that you needed more info. Finally I ended up speaking with Marcus in the sales team who said he would get a manager to call me. Alas Ashley called but I missed the call and once again I had to call and be on hold for approximately 35 minutes before finally getting through to Martha who restored my faith as she dealt with my concerns took to time to understand what was needed. Also promised to call me back and sorted out the insurance certificate. I still have to send my vehicle license plate from the council to you by Friday. (Provided that the council gets it ready by then. I will send via WhatsApp and have to call to ensure you have it to stop you from cancelling my policy.
