We have lived in our bungalow for the last 20 years and always dreamed of converting our old, very dated, bathroom and seperate toilet into a modern combined single shower room, thereby loosing the use of a bath. We spoke to Russ who promptly came round,armed with measuring stick and laptop, and submitted plans that not only fitted our design brief but also with options that would mean we could still retain a full size bath. Colour drawing of these options and pictorial views of same gave us a surprising choice, one of which we chose. A very reasonable quote soon followed, so we went ahead and signed up. A date was agreed to start, the deposit paid, and we waited for the obvious disruption to our lives. I am pleased to say that the expected disruption never came about. Two weeks and many cups of tea later, we were left with a bathroom that puts the rest of the house to shame. Would we use them again? Most certainly we would. Would we recommend them, definitely, we already have.

Russ Deacon carried out a kitchen refurbishment for us in 2017 followed by the replacement of an integrated washing machine at a later date. The workmanship was excellent on both occasions, prices were very competitive and staff helpful and friendly. We would have no problem in recommending the company to friends and family.

We had Anne and Russ install your bathroom and I couldn't recommend them enough. The moment we walked into the show room we were met with a warm welcome and an instant offer of tea. The attention to detail that Russ had was amazing along with his can do attitude, nothing was to difficult for him. We had a complete move around in the layout of the bathroom and his design allowed us to utilise space behind an area which was being boxed in to cover an old chimney breast. Our friends and family couldn't believe the difference in the space we now have. I have Russ coming round this week to measure up for our new kitchen and I can't wait for it to be installed. I got quotes from lots of small businesses in Eastbourne and some major suppliers, no-one else could match the service from Russ and Anne. Highly recommended and very satisfied customers.
