We used Russ Deacon Home Improvements to carry out a full roof conversion to bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The work was completed within budget and to a very high standard and we were delighted with the end result.
We subsequently have had a new kitchen installed by Russ Deacon and his team and are extremely pleased.

Russ is always available to give good sound advice about kitchen or bathroom installations. Russ has a keen eye for detail and will not accept anything but the finest craftsmanship from his tradesmen. Highly recommended.

An excellent service from a very knowledgeable man. Russ was very patient and explained many features of which I was unaware and which were not highlighted by salesmen in other kitchen showrooms. As the product and knowledge was so superior I anticipated that the cost would be much higher but in fact for a more complete kitchen the cost was on a par. The service from Russ' fitters was also exceptional. They were tidy, clean and really helpful with nothing being too much trouble. I would advise others not to waste time with the 'usual' kitchen suppliers but go straight to Russ to get a better product and expertise for no greater cost.

Russ and his team recently fitted out my daughters bedroom with floor to ceiling wardrobes. The finished article looked absolutely stunning. Several visitors have remarked about the quality and superb finish of the work carried out. We have very recently moved to Eastbourne and contacted Russ Deacon prior to moving. He and his office could not have been more helpful to us - agreeing to visit our intended property before we had finalised the purchase, measuring up, coming up with ideas for a complete makeover. He exudes confidence and suggests that most things are possible but being truthful when having doubts about an idea that we might have had. I am sure that our flat, once finished, will be as beautiful as we could wish for.

We recently had a bathroom and kitchen refurbished . The design was just what we wanted and has transformed the kitchen and bathroom. The workmen were helpful and friendly and felt our home clean and tidy at the end of every day whilst they working there.

Russ Deacon Home Improvements put our kitchen in at The Cookshelf Cookery School. Russ worked with me to maximise the space most effectively which was a job on its own. We worked together to get the "look" and the function of the small space just right. Couldn't recommend them more.

Had a complete kitchen refurb including having to move and replace a gas boiler, and alterations to shower room. Absolutely thrilled with the results. Russ and team really listened to what I needed, made suggestions but didn't impose their views (most of their suggestions were much better than mine by the way). At all times everyone was courteous and friendly. They treated my home with respect. I felt safe in leaving the team to it whilst I went out. The workmanship is excellent. Any small snags have been dealt with very quickly and without any moans or groans. If I need anything doing again I wouldn't hesitate to use them.

Just had a amazing new bathroom fitted by Russ Deacon Home Improvents, from the design to completion the service was brilliant. Our new bathroom is amazing, even better than we expected it to be. Can't wait to have them back to do our kitchen! Highly recommend to everyone :)
