The team are always on hand to resolve issues. It only takes a phone call or a quick email and they remotely fix our issues, its an amazing service we should have had a long time ago.

So having been delighted with the service from Southern IT when it came to setting up my VOIP system, when I decided to increase my team from 2 to 5, they were the only people I talked to about a managed IT Service and moving to Office 365. Ian and Michael came out and set up three new computers for my new team members, installed more phones, integrated everything with my Synology server and even set it up to back up daily. They even handled the changes for my one remote worker. It was great and I have even had cause to restore one of the files from the back ups after a small operator error!

When a small charity (children with cancer fund CWCF) needed some help but wasn't sure what to do, they ring people that do. The people CWCF went and saw were Southern IT. They told us where we were going wrong. Pointed us in the right direction and told us to give them a ring if we needed any more help. All that and without charging. Southern IT are a truly professional company who offer a variety of services for SME's. They are particularly conscious about CyberCrime and helping businesses stay safe online. Southern IT also recently delivered a one day workshop on GDPR which gave very good practical advice on preparing for the new legislation. Highly recommend this company.

Great company, had a problem with our back office system, which a lot of IT companies do not know anything about as its used for our engineers, and Southern IT were fabulous, called straight back, very efficient, helpful, friendly, and most of all they fixed the problem.

I was considering moving offices within the serviced office in which my business is based, but wanted to move onto a VOIP phone system. I spoke with Michael at Southern IT and he explained what was needed. His team made the IT element of the office move seamless and made sure all of my essential services including my server were connected and up and running. I attended a marketing workshop where Michael was talking about cyber security and keeping your business safe. Michael really knows his stuff and I found him to be extremely easy to listen to and he explained everything really well. I've now asked Michael to quote me on a few things including updating my iMac and some general ongoing security.

Southern IT Networks Ltd came and helped sort out our emailing system. The system that we had in place just couldn't cope with the amount of emails that we needed to send out at one time and our systems were forever crashing and not delivering mail. Southern IT came to our rescue! They showed us how to set up an emailing system that could cope with the amount of correspondence that we needed to reach. They were extremely knowledgeable, very informative and friendly. We would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use their services again.
