As a Finance company we needed a local computer support company who could respond quickly when we needed them and were familiar with the accountancy products we used like Sage. Southern IT were able to install our networked version of Sage Line 50 in a matter of minutes, assisted us in resolving issues that we had put up with for some time and provided remote access to our Sage data to our remote workers. As a small organisation we have no real need for an internal IT department, mainly because we can rely on Southern IT's Computer Support whenever we do have any issues. At present, all ICT problems we do encounter are dealt with swiftly by Southern IT, keeping us on the move 24/7.

Fast to respond to any issues I have. My computer was being really slow and I had important work to get done for a meeting. They logged in and sorted it out for me I didnt have to do anything. When they come to the office they are always friendly and helpful.

Our IT team do a fantastic job keeping our servers and custom applications up and running. They are like an extension of our business, just call them and they jump on remotely to fix issues. Email them and they respond within 15 minutes very pleased.

Our business was having significant issues, and we took out a support package with Southern IT. They were able to diagnose and resolve some of our problems instantly over the phone, and the other problems they fixed really quickly without even having to visit our offices. There have been a lot of issues they've helped us with now, hard drive backups, power surge recovery, server problems and virus recovery.

I have dealt with Ian at SOUTHERN IT for some years now, never had any problems, he is always on call when needed and if he is busy will always phone as soon as possible, the remote service he gives is second to none, if there are any problems I have I only have to ask and he will always try to remedy them, very helpful and friendly a pleasure to talk to.

I dont know anything about computers and I just want it to work. I want to be trying to fix it when things go wrong. I always get a quick response when i have a problem. The best part is, once they know what the issue is I go have a cup of tea and leave them to it! When im back its fixed and it all gets done remotely.
