I booked a table for my birthday at Thai Brassarie and I was so happy I picked to come here! Travelling to Thailand frequently, I was really impressed with the dishes they served. I had the pad krapow gai dish (Thai basil chicken) which was absolutely delicious and very authentic. Everyone I was with finished their plates completely and all complimented to each other what a lovely meal it was. The staff were extremely welcoming, informative, attentive and very friendly. The hospitality received from the staff was outstanding, and really made the evening extra extra special for my birthday. I couldn't thank the Thai Brassarie staff more for such a wonderful and memorable experience.

Delicious food every time! Staff are really friendly and the food and service is always a very high standard and very reasonably priced. I have eaten at other Thai restaurants in Eastbourne and this one is by far the best. There is a great atmosphere and the food is always freshly served and perfect every time - a real taste of delicious Thai dishes! We have now become regulars and will always recommend eating here, whether its a special occasion or just a dinner out - you won't be disappointed!
You should definitely try the Squid starter, Weeping Tiger or Sea bass Thai Chilli main and for dessert the mango ice cream...! The desserts are just as good as the mains!

I've popped in for a quick meal which turned out to be absolutely delicious. I had the battered squid for a starter followed by Thai red curry with duck and then banana and sticky rice for desert. Couldn't have been any better and the service was great on top! Look forward to going back again soon

We were a table of 9 on a Friday night and there was another large party in but apart from one hiccup the service was very good. The food was varied and very tasty pleasing the spice lovers and the more traditional palates. A great evening in a wonderful atmosphere.

This is my favourite thai restaurant. The staff are always sooo friendly and
welcoming. And there food is always fresh and hot when served (unlike many restaurant I've been to) i love their thai red curry with jasmine nice. It's always full of flavour and tastes the same everytime i go there. Will highly recommend to anyone with good taste buds

Been there many times and all around lunch time. Very good selection of tapas lunch menu with good value. Service are quick and staff are friendly. Only thing it can get quite hot at summer time and you have to have code to get in to the public bathroom on the first floor of enterprise centre. Apart of that, good Thai restaurant in town.

Use the Thai brasserie quite often and in general it is a good experinc. Great ambience great service and good food. However, went in on a saturday night with my wife, son and two grandsons. It was busy, busier than usual, and the strain showed. Service was not as good as normal and unfounately most worrying the food suffered. Two of the meals were not as ordered ( a first) but more worryingly a couple of meals were overdone and some of the meat and fish dishes tasted burnt rather than well done.
Very disappointing. And probably the first in over 8 visits in the last year. I think this was due solely to numbers of customers against number of staff. It is something that the Brasserie needs to be aware of and react to.

During the past three years since we discovered it we have become 'regulars'. The surroundings are cosy and unpretentious. The staff could not be friendlier and although there is an informal atmosphere they are extremely efficient. The green curry is the best ever and their lunchtime Tapas menu offers a surprising selection of set menus at a very reasonable price. Not to be missed.

Have been here both at lunch and at dinner. Being in the centre of Eastbourne and with quick service it's perfect for a quick business lunch, there is a £10 tapas set menu which is exceptional. The full dinner menu is full of exotic authentic dishes, can not recommend this little intimate restaurant enough!

Often visit the Thai Brasserie with my boyfriend who is from Thailand. The food is lovely and the best we've had locally! The staff give the place a lovely warm environment and make you feel so welcome. The menu has many options and are all made to a superb standard. Portions are large and the pricing is reasonable. My boyfriend likes the fact they stock the Thai Singha beer which is rare to find in eastbourne. Always an enjoyable experience when we visit and we're always treated like royalty.

Great night. We went to the Brasserie last night for my birthday meal. We had Salt Pepper Squid and Duck rolls to start. Everything I ordered was excellent. I did ordered Duck Masaman curry and rice for my main. I enjoyed it very much. And thing that made me surprised was stuffs came behind me and was singing me a birthday song and they brought me some ice-cream and put a candle on top. What a beautiful night. Thank you so much. Definitely be back soon.

Took the girlfriend out to meet her friend in easbourne, we met here and had a lovely lunch, aimed to only eat a little bit, but the food was quite nice so we ended up going for pad Thai and stir fry chicken after our satay chicken and peppered squid. It was very nice and just right, not too sickly unlike some other restaurants can be. Was quite nice Togo some where light and airy rather than for a heavy evening meal. Would recommend if you're in the area.

The staff were quick to take our orders. I was pleased that they had a large range of alcoholic drinks including local ales from the Long Man Brewery.
To start I had satay chicken chicken skewers. It came with 4 skewers with well marinated large chicken chunks on each.
I had a chicken massaman curry with jasmine rice for main. This was very large with lots of meat and big pieces of vegetables in it.
I did not have a dessert but those that the others had looks very large and impressive.
Overall a very good evening out with excellent tasting and well portioned food with friendly and helpful staff. Will be visiting again in the future.

I go this place at least once a month sometimes with friends and family. I love the food and the ambiance. The staff are amazing and what I like the most is you don't need to wait for long. Excellent service and great food!!
