Having been coming here for about 2 years now, I thought I would write an updated review to let everyone know that it’s still wonderful!
We usually make a weekly visit at least as its become our favourite restaurant in Eastbourne - and we’ve settled on our favourite dishes and side.
The team there are always attentive and keep the restaurant clean, tidy and always have a welcoming attitude with a consistently high standard of food.

Yesterday lunchtime to celebrate an undisclosed birthday. The staff were very friendly, helpful and typically Thai, i.e. Very pleasant and attentive. The food was excellent, hot (both spicy and heat wise) and very tasty! You have to leave the restaurant for the loos next door which are protected by a combination door lock, but are very clean. Altogether, a very pleasing experience. We have been to Thailand, and their attention, surrounding and food are truly authentic. We WILL be returning!

My husband and I had read the Trip Advisor reviews before booking this restaurant so were hoping for an excellent experience for a special meal during our stay in Eastbourne. We loved the look of the place and the buzz, but felt let down as the meal progressed. The sizzling dishes for our main course came but not the accompanying rice and we felt that the staff weren't really coping with the Saturday night rush. We were ignored for quite a while until we managed to order our desserts.
The food was all right, but not as good as our local Thai and was lacking in sauce and vegetables, as well as the usual lovely Thai presentation.

This Thai Restaurant caters for everyone. Great value for money, fabulous food and friendly and helpful service. I have been going here for the last few years. Every time we have visitors to Eastbourne we always end up visiting the restaurant and they always ask to go back there when they return. The family love it there. My daughter visited Asia and spent a number of weeks in Thailand and she said that the Pad Thai served is just as good as the Pad Thai in Thailand. Spent a new year's eve there and the food and surroundings were excellent.

I had lunch here with a friend today and WOW... We started with the chicken satay and it was stunning, as were the fish cakes and dipping sauce. My friend couldn't eat shellfish and I love tempura, so they made us some vegetable tempura at our request, so fresh and crunchy, it was sublime.
We had the "Drunken Beef" and a Chicken Noodle dish for our main course and it was equally good. I love chilli, but only fresh chilli as an ingredient, and you couldn't get fresher than the ingredients in the dishes.The staff were there when you needed them, but didn't overcrowd us with questions about "whether it was good", in fact we couldn't wait to tell them how good it was. We sat in the lovely conservatory area which was light and airy. I want to go back again and again and couldn't recommend it more.

My sister and brother in law came to visit my partner and I in early October and we were un-decided on where to take them for dinner. After looking on trip advisor and seeing the reviews and recommendation’s we booked a table at the Thai Brassiere. And it did not disappoint - being tucked away in the Enterprise centre I myself had never been to this restaurant. The staff we welcoming and friendly and the restaurant had a lovely authentic feel to it and a great atmosphere The food did not disappoint - we went for starters and then the small tapas plates which were ideal as we all got to try new things. All in all we had a fabulous evening and will definitely be returning. Thank you to the friendly staff. And I encourage you and your friends to visit this ‘hidden gem’.

This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Eastbourne. We had a lovely time at the Thai brassiere. The food we ordered was just perfect for two. We had Pad Thai and the taste was so delicious. Highly recommended. You don’t have to fly back to Thailand just to have Thai food there. Here is just Amazing Thai. Will be back soon.

What more could you ask for?Having always liked this restaurant, we'd actually stopped going for a year or so because we felt the value and food had slipped a little.
However, having visited there about 6 times in the last two months, I have to say that things are even better than they were when we originally loved the place. I believe the Chef (and his lovely wife?) have taken over the restaurant and the food is now truly superb. Just excellent.
The staff, as always, are helpful, professional, friendly and discreet. Fun, too. Nothing is too much trouble at Thai Brasserie. First class. Great atmosphere. We love it.
