Your one and only, bog-standard shopping centre in Eastbourne. The one dimensional, snake-like layout makes it an ideal place for those of you who don't like an indoor orienteering experience. ð
Even though one cannot exactly say it's a thrilling experience, it's definately an excellent place to blow off sometime (and possibly spare cash, responsibly) before your bus conveniently arrives next to the front entrance of the shopping centre. (Did I mention that it's also a 5 min walk from the train station?)
The range of shops (if you're still interested,) caters for most. Mainly consisting of retail branches for garments, electronics and random things you don't need; it almost has it all. Again, you know it still has room for improvement if Apple over looked the place.
At this point, you'd almost start to feel a bit empty-stomached from this overly long review. Fear not, the place also has plenty of restaurants and cafes dotted around, just about frequent enough to satiate your hunger and caffeine addition, if applicable (but seriously, who doesn't drink coffee at this day and age?).
Additionally, there are ample seating areas around the premises. Given the demographic of this city, it's definately a good move by the developer.
On the topic of developers, there are also constructions works going on for a massive expansion. We can all put faith into that (and hopefully the 5th star âââââ).
I really don't have a photo of this place, it's not exactly interesting after all. In order to compensate, I've attached a photo of the place from google.

P. S. Please fix the flashing circular light, it's sad to see the nicer looking bit of the place going to shambles. (maybe it's done deliberately as a marketing ploy, in that case, I'd shut up)

A good indoor shopping centre where you can buy just about anything from several shops and stalls. Toilets are available, and there is a multi storey car park directly over the centre, free parking on Sundays

Arndale is a typical smallish (getting bigger) shopping precinct. There's a big sweet counter which has a reasonable selection of self-serve items. Shops seem to come and go here although it's all in flux as the rest of the mall is being re-built. There's a massive Starbucks just outside ... try the independents inside first.
