Going through a revamp but not a great selection of shops. Let's hope that changes!

A useful place to shop.Clean and bright with all the usual high Street names. There is usually a nice Christmas display in the middle. There are a few empty units at the moment probably due to the ongoing renovation work. The photo shows the new Entrance which is lovely and some of the building work which in no way affects the shopping experience.

Currently undergoing major refurbishment, part of which has been delayed this seventies concrete shopping centre is looking a bit forlorn with a few empty shops. The frontage in Terminus Road has now been revamped and tidied up and looks a whole lot better already, once the rest is finished with the promised new cinema, shops and restaurants it should be a big improvement.

The Arndale Centre is currently in the middle of a large scale remodel which it desperately needs. However as it stands the centre is more for practicality instead of an enjoyable shopping experience. This will be set to change with the introduction of all the new shops, restaurants and cinema that will hopefully be coming in the near future.

Undergoing a multi million Pound expansion.
At present it is lively and has most of the shops you would need.
All under cover.
When the expansion is complete it will have more shops, food outlets and a multi screen cinema.
Right on the door stop from the bus and train station and has disabled access.

Surprising number of shops for a middle sized town, though some just outside in the pedestrianised shopping street.

Range of high street shops here mean you can get most things. Centre is clean and toilets are decent. Parking is overpriced.

Its ok but shops are a bit samey. Few places to eat. Some benches to rest your feet. Parking nearby but not too cheap.

Eastbourne Arndale Centre offers a good variety of shops albeit the building looks somewhat dated

Was clean and warm and not too busy

The centre had been old and looking tired for some time. The current renovations are overshooting on time and if there is a reason, then it's not a well publicised one.

The centre continues to offer the usual fayre but the displaced shops outside, eg. Wimpy, should be given berths inside as soon as practicable. The BHS site now looks embarrassing and an ongoing problem in the centre is the lack of good ventilation and cooling. It is always too hot in most of the shops and walkways.

Give us news, the centre is potentially the best in the county when it's finished.
