If you're anti- social this place is very 'peopley' so probably not your idea of a nice day out. Other than that, it's the old Arndale with a shiny new extension. The old part, tried and tested, the new part will appeal to fans of Star Trek for the aesthetic and fans of yachting for the wind (fully recommend tacking to navigate crowds whilst holding your coat tails above your head to obtain the optimal 'wind in your sails' effect). Attracting a nice array of chicken eateries upstairs and a cinema, and downstairs shopping in some very trendy new stores selling young fashions, crazy stationery items or you can frequent the coffee shops that will have the strongest appeal to lovers of muesli, the Bacon can now make the claim to be a full day out. (Edit: 2022- fans of yachting can still tack amongst the crowds, but with the installation of the doors at the main entrance you no longer get the wind in your sails. Fans of ice skating rejoice on a wet day...the floor was made for you.)

New shopping centre is nice, shame they don't have family baby changing. The only baby changing is in the women's toilets! Not ideal if dad takes out our baby on his own! Not very well thought through in 2022!!

It Was very pleasure to lives in Eastbourne but I have some bad experience in this shopping centre. uselly I'm walking down every day with my kids but I saw a couple of times fighting, burglary inside this shopping centre. need more security indoors and outside.

The Beacon has everything you need but the beaches have been removed out so if you need to sit down you can't please bring them back .
