The thing that let's the centre down is the toilets it's not the cleaners as they do a grand job it's the people that use them. However, overhaul a very pleasant shopping centre we have in Eastbourne.

This is a nice shopping centre with all sorts of shops, cafes, cinema and even a ninja warrior playing area.
Unlike many shopping centres around the country full of empty units this one is actually quite lively. One thing I didn't like was the toilets (I can only speak of the female ones) - half of them were out of order, not good considering how many people visit the shopping centre every day.

A very lively mid size Shopping centre , made up a very wide range of shops and businesses of various types and sizes. Well lit, very clean, very.secure , good toilet facilities. Very.well located and.has a refreshing feel always. Very tourist friendly and certainly not overwhelming like the much bigger shopping malls. One of my favourite malls ever.

When this was the Arndale Centre it was grim. The refit has helped enormously. Its a much brighter, colourful & cheerful place to be in. It could still be improved, but with the cinema & some more shops, it earns 2 more stars from me!

Good shopping centre with ample choice of different shops, seems pretty clean when we have been and thankfully not too many shops closed/shut down. Car parks are pretty convenient too, however, 1.8 m height on car is limiting for vans/4x4âs etc.
