We took the kids here on a very cold night and the experience was enchanting. So much to see and too little time. A very interesting and educational evening for everyone including the adults. If you are in the area you have to go. There are inside and outside elements to the experience which makes it really interesting.

Something for all of us. Great place to learn something whilst having fun. Not just for scientists and astronomers, although you will be more interested having been here.

As a volunteer to an infant school in Eastbourne we visited in early February. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves by attending workshops, using the hands on science exhibits and playing outdoors in the Discovery Park. Parking was ample and free, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the children returned to school, tired but very happy! Whether an adult or a child, this is a fascinating place to visit.

My son loves this place so much. Always wants to go back. He really enjoys the water cycle and seeing the different exhibit's aso the 3 times we have been there has been different things to look at. We have enjoyed the chats in dome E with the Thompson telescope and the staff are really good at talking to my boy. Will be going again without a doubt

Very knowledgeable staff / guides, with plenty to do and learn on both child and adult levels. Didn't use the food facilities, but they looked good. Ample parking, and set in wonderful grounds.

I would highly recommend paying a visit on one of the Meteor showers. You get wine and cheese and funny yet informative talk followed by looking through their magnificent telescopes at some stunning stars, nebula, planets etc.
