Wow what can I say about David. One of the most hard working people I think I have met. He is an excellent networker on behalf of the members of The Best Of Eastbourne and Buy Local. He seems to know EVERYONE and can quickly think of a provider for any need. Its not just David that makes The Best Of Eastbourne work though. The testimonials are a great way for customers to feedback, the website is neat, tidy and easy to navigate and the community spirit generated by the members is great.
I've been to the Afton Hotel a couple of times for various meetings/networking events and have been pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, clean well maintained décor and atmosphere. Music and food was good and bar prices were very good. I usually expect hotel bar prices to be more expensive that pubs/clubs but this wasn't the case. I've yet to stay there as I live locally but I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
