It was an absolute delight to meet up with Dave again today after almost 2 years. His boundless energy and enthusiasm has continued to grow and I loved reading about his awards and well earned recognition for the hours of passion and hard work he puts into developing the bestof Eastbourne to help and support local businesses and charities. Dave, helps and supports people in more ways than he realises and Teenage Cancer Trust in the South East are incredibly grateful of his ongoing support.

David has been so incredibly supportive of the work we do at Teenage Cancer Trust and always goes the extra mile to offer his help, support and expertise. Dave was instrumental in raising awareness of our Blue Day campaign last October and has also got fully behind our brand new Time for T campaign taking place on 24th May, tirelessly handing our posters and postcards and talking to his contacts about the event, encouraging as many people as possible to get involved. He supports our Eastbourne Fundraising group with advice and contacts and he offered to help them recruit a new volunteer Chairperson. Dave has helped set up and develop facebook sites and other online information and he has even managed to get me Tweeting for the first time ever!!! So THANK YOU Dave for all that you do to help and support me to do my job which in turn goes towards helping local young people fighting cancer. I contacted David by email very late one evening for help with 'technical things', and was amazed when he replied instantly! Ever since then, I have realised that he not only knows everything there is to know about Eastbourne, but that he also very genuinly wants to help and support our charity to become as well established in Eastbourne as he is - no matter what time of day it is! Dave's passion and enthusiam is inspirational and above everything, he is a really nice guy. I am really looking forward to continuing to work with David and supporting him to make sure that Eastbourne really is 'The Best of all Best ofs'. And, he is one amazing tweeter....!
