Debbie has arranged and booked numerous holidays for us over a period of several years with great enthusiasm, efficiency, cheerfulness and patience. These attributes have been especially welcome and needed during the last difficult 2.5 years. There have been many cancellations and changes made by various tour companies, often very near the date of departure, but Debbie has coped with these and all other restrictions to make certain we had wonderful holidays. Being computer illiterate Debbie has also dealt with all extra paper work involved from covering Covid to booking excursions on tours. Nothing has been too much trouble. Frequently we felt she was putting in so much extra effort, she was ensuring we were away some of the time so that she had some peace! She also excels at chasing up tour companies should their promises and standards not be as they should be. We recommend Debbie in all aspects of travel, unhesitatingly, whether with a tour company org oing independently.
