I was a bit apprehensive about changing telephone provides as I was in a contract with a cow boy company, when Derek entered my office he was professional and made it very clear that he will everything to help me out of the black hole I managed to enter in. Derek took care of everything for me, he went through my new price plan, showed me the hand sets and importantly he was honest with me from the start, he worked very hard to help me. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a knowledgeable man come to install all our phone systems, we was shown how to work the handsets, being a busy business we didn't have time to put all the numbers in the phone's the installation included all the nitty gritty bits like putting in numbers. I am very pleased with the level of service I have received from Derek and his team. Highly recommended.. you will not be disappointed. Thank you. :-)
