I have nothing but superlatives for Russ and Anne Deacon. Their advice was invaluable and their workmen conscientious, expert, punctual and hard-working. If I asked for an opinion Russ would agree only if he believed it to be the best solution. If he thought something was not a good idea then he would say so. In any event, there were never any problems - only solutions. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My bathroom and my shower room are admired by friends and visitors alike.
Further to my review of January 2017, Russ and Anne and their wonderful team of reliable, proficient and hard-working tradesmen have now finished the total refurbishment of our apartment. I cannot praise them highly enough. "We don't have problems, we only have solutions" was quoted to me on a couple of occasions and the team certainly lived up to that saying! They have done a marvellous job and have given our home the wow factor. We are delighted!
We have very recently moved to Eastbourne and contacted Russ Deacon prior to moving. He and his office could not have been more helpful to us - agreeing to visit our intended property before we had finalised the purchase, measuring up, coming up with ideas for a complete makeover. He exudes confidence and suggests that most things are possible but being truthful when having doubts about an idea that we might have had. I am sure that our flat, once finished, will be as beautiful as we could wish for.
