Had various home improvements undertaken, including new kitchen, by Russ Deacon Home Improvements and were delighted with the service we received from start to finish. We intially had dealings with the owner, Russ Deacon, who was clearly very knowledgable & extremely helpful, yet didn't put us under pressure. The works took some 4 weeks in all and throughout this time the entire workforce were efficient, courteous, polite & again, helpful. We are delighted with the end product and would certainly recommend them to others.
