I don't know how we coped before having Southern IT working with us, our IT support was slow to respond and everything always seemed to be an 'extra' They promised a genuine fixed monthly fee, and they certainly deliver. Not only are my IT headaches sorted quickly and efficiently I know exactly what i'm getting and paying for each month. Thanks for making it so easy!
