Grand Flowers is my favourite retail outlet in Eastbourne. The selection of gifts, plants and flowers makes this shop the go to place for last minute presents. The team led by Kate are all welcoming and provide a excellent advice . In addition to providing a excellent customer service they are reducing the amount of plastics that they use making them an environmentally aware retailer and also have recent set up a hygiene bank collection point for people in need. If you haven’t visited this shop you must go. Set in w beautiful Edwardian premises with high ceilings and shop fittings that compliment the building, just going in there is a great experience.
The Royal Hippodrome is not only a fantastic entertainment venue offering a huge variety of plays musicals, concerts and cabaret entertainment, but also a historic building that in recent years has been like a Phoenix rising from the ashes and has been restored tastefully. The Hippodrome offers a warm welcome from the moment you book a ticket arrive at the theatre served at the bar and shown to your seat. It puts customer service at the heart of its business. In 2019 I visited the theatre over 20 times and have left with many happy memories. Keep doing what you do well bringing live theatre to the community of Eastbourne.
