I have been an AP-IT customer for several years, and can say that Andrew is very knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy. The power button on my laptop was stuck and unable to turn on the laptop. He repaired it for a very reasonable fee and amazingly quick - he took the laptop apart and repaired the switch and I was able to pick up the laptop in the same afternoon.
