AP-it, Eastbourne

I called AP-IT after a Windows update on my computer made the screen freeze. Mr Perry came to my home , but needed to take the computer to the workshop. He took it Friday morning and phoned Monday morning to say it was all fixed and he would return it later in the day. He had tried to message me on Friday to show that he already had it working but I must have given him the wrong number and didn't receive the message. I found Mr Perry to be very knowledgeable and very helpful and would have no hesitation to call him again if I have another problem and I will certainly recommend him to friends that are having computer problems.
