We recently completed a mini first aid course with Jen and I feel much more confident now with starting weaning that I know what to do in an emergency. The class covers CPR, choking, meningitis awareness, how to deal with burns and what to have in your first aid kit amongst other things so is a really good class covering multiple areas for new parents. Jen is really friendly and makes you feel at ease and is happy to go over anything again at the end of the course. It is a relaxed environment and ideal that you can take baby along too!
