The company took note of most of our needs and organised a brilliant experience for us. The guides were fantastic, understanding, willing and able with lots of knowledge and experience in their areas. All rooms were accessible and facilities were usable - a BIG help having the mobile shower chair. Will definitely use them again as keen to go back with our family. Just got to save up first! Kept us informed at all times.
